§ 1 Geltungsbereich und Vertragspartner

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Verträge über die mietweise Überlassung der Ferienwohnung ALLROOM in Unterschleißheim zur Beherbergung, die zwischen dem Gast und dem Vermieter, Natnael Abraham, abgeschlossen werden.

§ 2 Vertragsschluss und Zahlung

  1. Der Vertrag kommt durch die Annahme des Buchungsantrags des Gastes durch den Vermieter zustande (Buchungsbestätigung).
  2. Der vereinbarte Gesamtpreis ist vor dem Check-in per Vorkasse zu zahlen, z. B. per Überweisung oder über die auf der Website angebotenen Zahlungsmittel.

§ 3 Rücktritt durch den Gast (Stornierung)

Für einen Rücktritt des Gastes gelten die Stornierungsbedingungen auf dieser Website in der zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung gültigen Fassung.

§ 4 Bereitgestellte Extras (Fahrradnutzung)

  1. Der Vermieter stellt dem Gast während des Aufenthalts kostenfrei Fahrräder zur Nutzung zur Verfügung.
  2. Die Nutzung der Fahrräder erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr des Gastes. Der Vermieter haftet für Schäden, die bei der Nutzung entstehen, nur bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit. Diese Haftungsbeschränkung gilt nicht für Schäden aus der Verletzung des Lebens, des Körpers oder der Gesundheit.
  3. Der Gast haftet für Beschädigungen oder den Verlust der Fahrräder während seines Aufenthalts, soweit er diese zu vertreten hat.

§ 5 Hausregeln

Für den Aufenthalt gelten ergänzend die Hausregeln der Ferienwohnung.

§ 1 Scope and contracting parties

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the rental of the ALLROOM holiday apartment in Unterschleißheim for accommodation purposes concluded between the guest and the landlord, Natnael Abraham.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract and payment

  1. The contract is concluded when the landlord accepts the guest’s booking request (booking confirmation).
  2. The agreed total price is payable in advance before check-in, e.g. by bank transfer or via the payment methods offered on the website.

§ 3 Cancellation by the guest

If the guest withdraws, the cancellation policy on this website in the version valid at the time of booking applies.

§ 4 Extras provided (use of bikes)

  1. The landlord provides bikes for the guest’s use free of charge during the stay.
  2. Guests use the bikes at their own risk. The landlord is only liable for damage arising from their use in cases of intent and gross negligence. This limitation of liability does not apply to injury to life, body or health.
  3. The guest is liable for damage to or loss of the bikes during the stay insofar as the guest is responsible for it.

§ 5 House rules

The house rules of the apartment also apply to the stay.
