Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy applies to direct bookings via allroom.de:

Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation. Any amounts already paid will be refunded in full.

13 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.

Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 90% of the total price.

You may provide evidence that we have suffered no loss or a substantially smaller loss. If we are able to re-let the property, the proceeds will be deducted.

Bookings made via Airbnb or Booking.com are subject to the cancellation policies stated on those platforms.

Tip: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
